Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job listings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Conduct background checks and reference checks on potential hires
- Maintain and update employee files and HR databases
- Assist with employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement HR policies and procedures
- Participate in special HR projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A strong desire to learn and grow in the HR field
