Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job listings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Conduct background checks and reference checks on potential hires
  • Maintain and update employee files and HR databases
  • Assist with employee onboarding and orientation processes
  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement HR policies and procedures
  • Participate in special HR projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • A strong desire to learn and grow in the HR field
